The thin skin, wrinkles and dark circles we’re gifted with as we celebrate more trips around the sun are, frankly, inevitable. It all boils down to science. The skin around our eyes is notably more delicate than the rest of the face, thus more susceptible to common concerns such as dryness, puffiness, hollowness and fine lines. No matter how much sleep we try to squeeze in to our busy schedules, it’s impossible to defy the laws of gravity and time.

Luckily, eye creams exist in abundance and can be the next closest solution to under-eye fillers or more drastic anti-aging treatments.
With so many lotions and potions available, however, finding the right eye cream for your unique concerns can feel daunting. That’s where we step in. We gathered a team of five writers and editors over the age of 38 to test eye creams, from a range of brands and price points, for an entire month.
