For as long as I can remember (perhaps because I’m from Arizona), I’ve been a person who runs hot, so it makes sense that I’d also be a hot sleeper. I’m someone who has to turn on my AC in winter because my radiator is so hot that I get night sweats. Not only does my bed feel like a sauna at night, but I also move around a lot while I sleep.
